Been waiting for these to drop in price for a while, the cheapest I have seen was $2 in July 2015 when I last stocked up; they aren't regularly discounted at all as they are a basic jumbo value pack.

Also available is Handee Ultra Paper Towel 4 Pack for $2.60 (was $5.20) = $1.08 per 100 Sheets. These seem to go half price now and then, good to stock up on as well.
