Does anyone know which banks have online savings accounts with a bonus introductory rate that applies for more than just the first time you open the account (i.e. can close it after bonus rate period is over then open another after a few months and get the bonus rate again)? Some banks state it but some are vague. Preferably banks with a physical branch in Melbourne. Thanks.

i recently found out rams lets you open multiple accounts.
ing at 3.5% is best one allowing withdrawels
i use rams but cant remove money which sucks
ANZ and ME Bank have allowed it in the past and there's a comment here that mentions NAB:
I learnt something new yesterday, I was rang the other day by someone from ANZ and an appointment was made for a banking review. I was expecting it to be about trying to sell me insurance and i wasn't incorrect.
I have two online saving accounts with them both of which the bonus interest rate had long since ended. I was informed that the bonus interest rate (currently 1.4%) can be kicked off again if i ask them. Her term for it was touch base every 3 months.
Most bonus interest account require you to make a monthly deposit of around $200 and make no withdrawal, these have no time limit but are capped once you reach like $200k. I havent seen any decent deals on an everyday account. Best to do either a term deposit or RAMs I believe has the best saver with the minimal deposit
