It is discounted in these stores because they are clearing selected lines in these stores because they are planned for a new layout.
Agree about the special order, im not sure why so I have emailed the online team to check why because it shouldn't be.
I don't understand the logic of it being a clearance exclusively at St. Mary's and it also being a special I'll order item?
