I figured why buy a gym membership when I can just try new Gyms with free trial passes. They usually provide you with anywhere between 1-7 days of trial. I don't usually work out more than a few times a month as I prefer mountain biking and playing squash most other days. I've never taken up a trial offer at a gym because I assumed they'd annoy me the whole time trying to put on the hard sell and then spam my mobile/email for months to come afterwards. Is it like this, or can you use these trials and be left alone?
I still receive Sms' from a gym i trialed a few months ago, so annoying
find out the mobile number of their sales manager and put that down when you go for the trial

Activate a $2 sim card and give them that number. Don't even need to add it to a phone
