Sent my dicksmith gift cards back to coles customer care on 14 Jan. Nothing has happened as yet. I am a bit worried and do not know what is going on.

i mailed my $200 worth of vouchers with receipt via express post a month ago and havent heard a thing back…
I'm not 100% sure, as I wasn't able to receive a parcel from Toll Priority on Thursday and with the Easter long weekend I won't know until Tuesday, but I'm fairly certain that Coles have sent me my $1300 worth of replacement Gift Cards for the useless Dick Smith ones. I will update you all after receiving the parcel. The address that it was collected from was Bayswater Melbourne. I haven't ordered anything online, so it must be from Coles.

Can I ask whether or not you bought Dick Smith Cards with the additional 10% added value and if Coles/Woolworths refunded / exchanged the face value of the card or with the bonus?
yep, and the 10% bonus was added to the refund - which i thought was good of coles, ie;
my 4 x $50 dick smith vouchers with added 10% value were refunded as 4 x $55 coles vouchers…
It has taken me a while to finally update an earlier query, but on the 29/3 Toll delivered my package containing replacement Coles Gift Cards for the Dick Smith cards that were sent. I received 16 x $55 and 5 x $110 as well as one for $26.52 (had started to spend one of the $50 Gift Cards). I can't believe how lucky I was, not only did I get all of the cards exchanged, but 2 of these cards were bought as $50 Cards without the 10% (which I actually complained to Coles Customer Care, as these were mispresentend originally by an employee, so they gave me a $15 Gift Card to make up for the difference). Coles had to have taken a big hit to be able to fulfill this offer, and I am now more likely to make certain grocery purchases at Coles. I have family / friends willing to buy these from me at face value (ie. $50/$100) so I can get my cash back. Another positive is that they last for 2 years.
Finally got my gift card yesterday took them 4 months >.<
Got mine like one and half months ago. Yours is so slow.
I got contacted in mid March and thick that would never arrived, but it just turned up yesterday

We’ll be processing replacement gift cards after February 29. We’ll be notifying customers closer to this time about when they can expect to receive these.
