Tablet Suggestions - Medium Specs

Hi,

I am looking for an Android tablet for general use with the following minimum specs:

3G capable
9" screen
16GB

What would you guys suggest, and why?

Sony xperia tablet, great screen water resistant. Bloatware is not so bad

Samsung Galaxy Tab A.

Nexus 9 or Galaxy Tab S1 10.5.
If you wanna watch movies a lot or do various other things, Tab S1, if you just wanna read/go on net a lot more, Nexus 9. Though this is purely because of the screen ratio/mSD card support.

Though not sure whether you'd be able to find models with LTE capability easily.

I saw the Windows 10 tablet, Pendo with the keyboard for $299 at Dick Smith. It isn't Android though.

As having an Android phone with 5 and 5.5" screen I have realized that I don't use my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet nearly at all :)
