as everything seems to be already "reduced" or "on sale" then most items are not reduced by 20%, in fact they increase in price.
the only item I found out of 10 was a dust plug for phone which was $1.01 and dropped to $0.98.

No deal. I'd rather you have a 5% off all items rather than a 22% off non-discounted items, as there aren't any good non-discounted items. Hard to call it a 'sitewide' deal when it increases the price on 99% of items.
