I have just churned my mobile plan from Virgin to Amaysim last week, been with Virgin for probably 3 years, however got a very nasty surprise from Virgin after churning, got bill extra month even I have churn before billing cycle, should I make complaint to TIO? It's only under $20 but to me it's the principle, should I bother with TIO or just let me charge me, forget about it and never use Virgin product ever again?
Why not just contact them and tell them that they incorrectly billed you? lol.
