    Care to share the point of USDA certification on a product that is marketed to Australians?

      Hi,

      Sure thing. Both the farm and the packaging facility in Japan where our matcha is grown has been certified organic to both JAS & USDA organic standards. As matcha is already quite a cost-intensive tea to manufacture, and has already met the strict requirements of organic tea cultivation by these two bodies, it is unnecessary to also have the matcha certified again once it arrives to us in Australia.
