I have not, but next time i will bring their statment and ask them to tell me which word indicated they will not price match with supwrmarkets.
Go to Coles and ask them to price match instead! I did exactly this today! Checkout chick said they don't do price match, I insist they did, she went check with manager and they matched it eventually.
I can post receipt (Coles & IGA) if it helps. Local IGA didn't have much stock..
