I bought this item as Click and Collect https://www.masters.com.au/product/101754987/finlay-smith-5-… but it became out of Stock even before the order was released to the store.
The manager is saying that they have placed back order but it might take 6 weeks for this product to arrive. Has anyone experience with Master's back order?
Considering Woolworth is getting rid of them, should I be worried about my money?
P:s I paid via credit card.
Forget about it. Masters are not the best when it comes to filling back orders. Waited 6 weeks and never got what I ordered.
No issue with refund, just they dont really seem to care about following up back orders
