That's the tag for the micro usb keyring not the lightning keyring…anyway, good job on getting them to give it to you for $5, however, it should've been free if it indeed was an incorrect scan but you'd really have been pushing your luck there!
Not many lightning ones left in Ashfield Mall - a couple of 1m Lightning to USB cables and one of the lightning keyring cables.
Lots of USB to micro USB of both varieties though.
