Tried the number again, got put through to the customer service area and they manually processed my order :)
The refund for the double charge to my order has been processed. Now time to wait for the delivery of goodies.

Just received an apology email from petbarn to let "us" know that their website was experiencing intermittent issues over the weekend and that they've received "a number of queries to our Customer Service team in relation to this issue". Apparently once it's resolved they'll be sending out a special offer as a thank you and a "we're sorry".
Btw I used their web form contact (as i couldn't locate a number to call on their website) and they sent me a refund receipt for the double payment that afternoon.
Must've been that 2000+ clicks from ozbargin?

For those still waiting … make sure you call … and re the number above it is to the wrong area but they do put you straight through :) Effectively they havent packaged my order up yet but are happy for it to go through as is.
Ok call this number up 02 8595 3333 and get it transfer to customer service online orders.
Give them your Paypal Invoice ID #, and say you need this items urgently they can arrange pick up of the same items through your local store.
I'm just doing this now, as I never got any order or email from them.

I received my order, but after reconsidering - did I really manage to carry 40kg so easily, I opened the packaging and only had half my order- so may be worth inspecting rather than simply stashing in the garage, as I usually do… Only realised late last night, so no response from them to rectify. May have been delivery man issue rather than Pet Barn themselves.
Me too, only received half the order. But checked with courier and apparently, they sent 2 separate parcels and I only received 1. So probably not petbarn at fault but courier told me to take it up with petbarn anyway as they are the ones that sold it, lol.
Sent an email about two weeks ago for the transactions that didn't go through and only got 1 refunded. Now my third follow up email but still no response… Looks like I'm gonna have to chargeback myself :(
