Anywhere I Can Get 7*5 Trailer Less than 950 Dollars or 8*5 Trailer Less than 1050 with One Year Rego in Sydney Please?

    Note, cheap new trailers are usually that.

    Unfortunately many secondhand ones are these same units being recycled.

    Also most trailers come with secondhand tyres rims, as they really dont need higher priced new items which is reflected in the cost

    Have no affiliation other than son bought one 8 years ago. Its starting to rust around back of tray. BUT it has been stored uncovered outside, and a number of times it needed to be emptied of water.

    Friends got a custom sized 7x4 gal dipped trailer and it cost 2.5x the 'standard' 6x4 we got at the same time. 12 years later my cheapie is going fine, with a bit of minor surface rust, and has had a coat of rust paint brushed on a single time.
    The gal trailer still looks pretty good, but has odd bits of minor rust here and there where the gal got a scratch.
    So far, I am hundreds of dollars ahead, but minus an afternoon of painting (actually, my Dad's time as he did it after borrowing it one time).
    If i was a tradesperson, or used my trailer more than the half a dozen times it does anything each year I might see some value in a fancy one, but these things last and last. My only tip is to store it so rain runs out, rather than pooling inside the box.

    In NSW the weight limit is 250kg. Over that it costs more to register, and you will need a pink slip after the first 5 years. Under 250kg it never needs and inspection as long as you keep rego current.
