Does anyone have any first hand experience and recommendations for reliable and high quality virtual assistants? There are many companies around so I'm not sure which to engage.
I require business and personal tasks completed that require excellent communication and written skills. I am willing to pay $5-15 per hour, but will also consider per project or monthly fee structures. I am not interested in freelance type resources, e.g. Freelancer.com, Upwork etc. due to poor results in the past.
Tasks include:
- Research and writing blog posts, newsletters
- Research author and organisation contact details
- Website maintenance and simple updates (content only, non-technical)
- Research event venues and packages
- Customer service responses, FAQs and simple support
I am flexible with location, e.g Philippines, India, but require high proficiency in written English.
