      It's my understanding that anyone can sign up and obtain the free tickets, but if I'm incorrect, mods, please feel free to delete. :)

        The targeted offer deal code was 538570 - only users who got sent the email with that code were able to claim it. It appears this deal with code 702027 anyone is able to claim. Let us know if that isn't the case though (haven't tested it myself, just going by comments).
