How to enter
Put your spin on the pavlova this Australia Day and be in the running to win a KitchenAid stand mixer.

Get creative with that crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside meringue, and serve up a pavlova with a twist, using toppings, shapes, decorations or even re-interpret it as another dish.

To be in the running to win upload a photo and description of your end-result to the competition post on @goodfoodAU's Facebook page.

• The competition commences on January 20, 2016 at 5.30pm (AEDT) and concludes on January 27, 2016 at 11:59pm (AEDT)
