Jucy Rentals Website Glitch - $0 Rentals

I was looking at Jucy rentals to see if I could get a campervan for the end of January when I would be in Melbourne (Rainbow Serpent Festival) - and to my surprise the website showed that to rent it for 4 days would be $0!

I went ahead with the booking, and paid extra for comprehensive insurance - so the total was something like $100. They sent me a confirmation email with the breakdown.

The question is: will Jucy honor this? I went back to the website and now it is showing the full price, something like $95 a day.

  If they have taken your money, they probably have to. But also it is likely you have to fight them for it.
