    Since DS are closing up, they are more likely to sell the "better" stock to liquidators instead of having stock priced ridiculously, its what happened to alot of the newer stock at Game, so your Apple stock, New Products, anything that sells easily wont be cleared, however the owners of DS are bad at retail, so they might sell the stock to their customers, they have already made their profit.

    Dicksmith burnt their customers along time ago. Upping prices then discounting and calling it a sale online and ebay store. This company has been so badly run into the ground. I only have the slightest sympathy for some stores.

    i wouldnt trust them enough to buy anything from them now, there is no bargains and they send you an empty "cashback promise" there will be no warranty on these goods because they are untrustworthy and closed down so when your dodgy merchandise fails too bad for you.

      Just buy branded things. You won't have problems getting warranty service from the official service centers.
      It's probably not a good idea to buy DSE-branded TVs now!

    Went into a store today, their Move phone cases that were $1 each are now $10. This woman at the case bin had about 10 cases in her arms, poor thing must have thought she was getting a good deal.

    I got the email about this receiver display model tv sale, so i clicked on the link to check the price of a tv i knew the price quite well.

    Panasonic 55cx640a. It is selling at 1899 as a hot item.

    This same tv currently selling at ebay goodguys for 1288.

    Before new year dse was selling this tv for 1499. Dse salesman offered 1410.

    Went to a store yesterday. Prices were worse than during their traditional "sales", and certainly no better than just prior to this "receiver's sale". There were virtually no customers.
    I think they do not understand what the word "Clear" really means, or how it works.
