I know the Fitbit Charge HR is popular but its too rich for my blood. Any other options?
Cheapest Real Time Heart Rate Monitor For Running?
Comments
Just a heart rate monitor that's accessible immediately. I was looking at the new MiBand but I don't think I can check my heart rate at any time. I don't mind how its attached as long as I can read my heart rate at that instant (either off the device or my phone). Budget wise I'd like to spend <$60
You can buy a no brand, like the Aldi one. IMO, these things end up costing more when you buy the cheapo, if you get my drift.
I use the wahoo monitor and connect it to my Iphone. They were around $60
If you lived in brisbane
I have two free ones dont use anymore MIO link.
Use a Fitbit HR myself now.
I wish I lived in Brisbane lol. But thanks for the offer
How about just a plain bluetooth HR strap and monitor it with your phone with an app like Runkeeper?
I picked up one from Aldi for $19 (after special buy day) a while ago that does the job.
Aldi also does a watch with HR strap (I have seen for $12 again after special buy day) that is good for monitoring during a run.The fitbit charge HR is $129 at telstra shops if you think it's worth the money. Shows heart rate instantly as well as time, steps, distance, calories and stairs.
On their website I could only find it for $199 https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/wearables/fitbit-ch…
Where is it $129?
How much are you willing to spend? Do you want one that goes on your wrist or around your chest? One thats a clock too or just heart rate monitor?
