Take my advice, STAY AWAY from this company people. They just need your dollars, and want to say goodbye after that, no after sales service or warranty honoured!!
I purchased a Note 3 phone that suddenly stopped accepting charge after about an year's usage. So Unique Mobiles got me to send the phone in at my own expense, which I was happy with. The nightmare started when the phone was actually inspected by a Unique Mobiles tech.
This was the worst experience ever trying to deal with their technician. He was very loud, condescending, and accusative. Actually told me I had intentionally damaged the phone. He was just not ready to listen to me and kept talking over me. He was only trying to write this off as a physical damage.
VERY RUDE, ACCUSATIVE AND TOTALLY LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE.
He actually HUNG UP on me when I insisted this is not physical damage.
The reasons why I believe this is not a physical damage is:
- If someone charges the phone every single day, there is an expectation for the charging port to withstand reasonable daily use.
- I never dropped the phone with the charger plugged in as suggested by your technician.
- When the charger can only be inserted one way, how can one force it in and cause physical damage by inserting it the wrong way!
I'm appalled by the fact that this is the low level of professionalism and integrity shown by your employee. I am scared about the very thought of Unique Mobile technician being in possession of my phone - have no trust in these people now, highly manipulative and can do anything to WRITE OFF A VALID WARRANTY ISSUE.
