Qwibble - scam/to be avoided?

Hi

I have had earnings from Qwibble that have not been paid, back to around February last year. I emailed them and created a ticket a week ago, and no response.

I was talking to a friend who I referred to Qwibble, and they said they had a similar issue. No payment, and then ignored by their support staff even after creating two tickets(!)

This is really bad customer service, so I will not use them anymore. Is this a common problem? I see a few threads on this site companing about Qwibble, but not too many which is surprising based on my experiences. Does everyone avoid them?

I started using Cashrewards a while back, they seem to be a more professional outfit. Is that the case?

    Looks like the owner of Qwibble has moved on? The site has been sold to Pure Profile.

    OzBargain currently supports Cashrewards, PricePal and Qwibble for Australian cashbacks. What other Australian cashback sites should we support? Unfortunately it would not be possible to get the rate data via API from larger ones like QFF and Virgin.

      I don't mind whether they meet a high standard of professionalism or not. I'm happy with the $100 I've already received from Cash Rewards.

          I just meant that I'm grateful for every extra penny that comes my way.

          Yep, I'm fortunate … fortunate to have found OZB and CR.

          Same here… OzBargain and CR are definitely good communities to be a part of, but some of us haven't seen our precious few cents from CR yet…

    I can't comment on Qwibble more recently, I have used them in the past with success but not in the past year.

    Re Cashrewards, I have not had much luck with them in the past 12 months. Issues have been transactions not tracking, and no joy from support enquiries (or in one case, I did end up getting my cashback tracked, a full 3 months after I lodged a support enquiry which I assumed had been ignored!)

    Any luck with getting paid from Qwibble…? I have $10.10 sitting in the account however they are not paying out or responding to any of my messages.
