I got one through at 11:15 and another at 12:30. Even though the site is slow it doesn't (or it didn't at those times) seem to time out, you just have to wait a few minutes for each page to load, and multiple tabs didn't seem to make it any slower

Pre-workouts seem a bit pointless to me - just have a shot or two of coffee if you need some energy and there's no evidence that creatine pre-workout is any more effective/useful than post-workout (as long as you take it regularly so it's in your system)
edit: Caffeine and creatine are two of the main ingredients in most pre-workouts
smashing 5 coffees a day throughout my workday my tolerance is fairly high.. however taking a decent preworkout i get the tingles and some energy.. straight caffeine does nothing for some
I try to limit my coffee intake to 1 or 2 max a day for this reason haha
Paraesthesia isn't indicative of anything useful happening. Its just certain additives cause that effect in a large percentage of the population.
It's the beta-alanine that gives the tingles/paraesthesia
I need something to give me more aggressiveness to attack the weights etc.
Personally, I think it's healthier to avoid substances that increase aggression, just good old fashioned motivation and some good tunes do the trick for me - with the occasional coffee if it's been a long day. 100% up to you though

clicking a second time isnt an option until the dreaded timeout.. i give credit where credit is due, they have a fairly decent backend that will eventually load items without timing out, just wether or not you have the patience :D.
Why oh why couldnt they offload the payment to a 3rd party provider thoughScreen timed out with all sorts of jargon - undefined index etc, but I note that my credit card has been charged. Hopefully the order went through and they've got my shipping details safely against the order. I'll leave it a day or so and see what happens.
