Good Small TV?

Looking for a small TV (around 19" - 20") for the spare room.
Under $250 if possible.
DVD player preferred, but optional.
Would rather new (for the warranty in case it breaks), but open to used if it's a great deal.

Any recommendations would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.

Go used. Look on Gumtree or eBay.

I just scored my parents a 4 year old 37" Panasonic tv for $100. If they get 2 years out of it then fantastic. $100.

Had looked on Gumtree/eBay, but couldn't find anything suitable.

Will check out the Soniq TV at JB Hi-Fi.
