Here is how I understand it works:

When you sign up, you get 500 points (well I did). You use those to draw cards, each costing 100 points. Each prize has a set of four cards to collect. Once you collect all four cards for a set you can then claim the prize.
Also, the same set of prizes plus some others you could win instantly by drawing one card just saying so.
So, two ways to win: instant win with drawing of one card OR collection of a set of four to claim game.

You earn points the following way:

During the period of validity of the Game Cards Collection, users will earn M Points by proceeding as follows:

1. When the user creates an “ANUMAN INTERACTIVE Club Microids” Account, his Account is credited automatically with 250 M Points.
2. When the user connects to his Account, it is credited automatically with 20 M Points.
3. When the user connects to his Account on 7 consecutive days, it is credited automatically with 100 M Points.
4. When the user connects to his Account on 15 consecutive days, it is credited automatically with 300 M Points.
5. When the user connects to his Account on 30 consecutive days, it is credited automatically with 600 M Points.
6. When the user connects to his Account on 60 consecutive days, it is credited automatically with 900 M Points.
7. When the user connects to his Account on 90 consecutive days, it is credited automatically with 1,500 M Points.
8. When the user buys ANUMAN INTERACTIVE games on Steam, his Account is credited automatically with 300 M Points.
9. On the day of the user’s birthday, his Account is credited automatically with 150 M Points.
10. When the user “likes” ANUMAN INTERACTIVE’s official Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/microids - his Account is credited automatically with 100 M Points.
11. When the user follows ANUMAN INTERACTIVE’s official Twitter page - https://twitter.com/microids_off - his Account is credited automatically with 100 M Points.

I know it is a bit complex but if you are lucky you get four cards of one set right after signing up.
