Fitness or Bodybuilding and Grocery Shopping

Hey guys,
Over a month i worked out how much i ate just in junk food and when i bought it i noted it down,
You dont realise how much you snack on random things and how much you spend.
Anyways i hit the gym a lot so the money spent i could use for healthy food, supplements etc.

How much do you spend on Supplements a Week and shopping a week, how much can you eliminate and do you buy in bulk or fortnightly shop?

  • I replaced 2 meals a day with my version of Soylent:

    Bulk Nutrients Maltodextrin (250grams), whichever Protein is cheapest (120 grams) , Vital Premix (7grams)

    Coles brand rolled oats (blended to make oat powder) (70 grams)

    Benefibre (22 grams)

    Olive Oil (28 grams)

    Blend before drinking - each time you drink it.

    I eat no snacks during the day other than occasionally having a sugar laden drink such as ice coffee or fruit juice. But that's like once a month.

    At night I eat … pizza, baked goods and ice cream. Whatever I want.
