Over the last month i have had problems with my internet connection intermittently dropping connections several times throughout the day. I live in a regional area so the connection is not that fast anyway. Can someone please help me to understand the Data stats on my modem and what they could mean. Thanks

What type of connection is it? (Standard ADSL(2, +, whatever).
How far from the exchange are you?
What ISP?
This actually sounds like a ground/line issue to me.
Call your Tech Support for the ISP and let them know. They can then engage/shift the blame to the underlying telco if necessary.
