I have purchased t-shirts from this shop before and the quality is top notch. Great price in my opinion.. although the design is not amazing I think the quality makes up for it. Seems like everyone is getting their shirts free using my referral code and I am the only one that paid for shirts.. haha ohwell.

    How quickly did everyone get their referral code after purchase? I checked out with PayPal if that makes a difference. Received $20 off ($75 min spend) coupon and 10% off coupon via email but no referral code.

          I think it may have something to do with checking out with PayPal as opposed to creating an account on the site and checking out with that method.

      Received the same email.

      Not sure about the whole tone of the email (all caps) and accusation of "breaching" terms and conditions. The last paragraph of their "Privacy Policy" (not sure why Terms are in a privacy policy) which they refer to in the email has clearly been added recently in response to this.

          Even DSE wouldn't act in this way.

          This is pathetic, I was going to buy more from this company after I received my order as it looked like they had some decent products but I'll keep buying from Amazon. Mr Simple can get stuffed.

          Anyone who has had their order cancelled should put in a complaint to the ACCC over the terms and conditions rubbish they pulled.

    Lodge disputes with Paypal asap, enough of these and they will have their account closed or at the very least have to pay a higher rate.
    I still haven't received my refund so I've put through a not received dispute and put in details about their actions.

    Have those who paid $11.70 and didn't use a referral code also have their order cancelled? Just trying to determine if this is a complete price error or if it was only those who used referral/discount codes as well (comment above suggests it is everyone - but hoping others could confirm either way).

        Was it all in capitals and with similar aggressive wording? I'd be telling them where to go as it shows how they will treat you if there is a problem with your order!

          Yeah i messaged them on facebook and they kept "seeing" the message but never responded.

          I opened a paypal dispute and said i won't be dealing business with a company that can't even respond to me, then they responded and i told them where to go and proceeded to get my refund.

      I purchased a t shirt was discounted to $14.7 and i didn't even used the code. I got email from Paypal said MR SIMPLE has refund my order. I didn't even get an email from MR SIMPLE about the refund yet :( Such a doggy company!! I wonder whether I can do something about it.
