How to Comment on eBay Facebook Please?

I have bought an item for Dick Smith Ebay Store to be picked up in store.

Dick Smith/Ebay has sent me an email that the item is ready to be picked up, however when I get to the store, they does not have the item or can issue me a refund as they are under administration.

I have opened an case with ebay and I was told I have to wait for Dick Smith to Cancel this transaction. However, Dick Smith is unable to do so.

My Conversation number with Ebay is 1-639 969 689 418 and the agent's name is Ailleen.

Last time I have used ebay buyer's protection it took them one year to get my money back…

I want to write on their Facebook, which might help to get my money back?

OP I'm not sure how to put something on their Facebook page.

I would suggest trying to send a tweet to @askebay which is their official Twitter support profile.

Sorry to hear of your woes with the DSE administration and I hope both DSE and eBay sort this out for you soon (And definitely in less than a year! O_O)

I have bought an item for Dick Smith Ebay Store to be picked up in store.

    When did you do this?

They aren't issuing any refunds and have blocked people from writing on their wall for obvious reasons…

They are broke so they cannot afford to issue a refund. There is a special contact email to email the administrators.

I'd say you won't be getting a refund anytime soon.

I don't think eBay will be able to help you but you can try…

    • I bought a fitbit surge on 30/12/15 through ebay store and I believe ebay should cover the lost.

Have a look in your dispute, you should be able to escalate it and get a refund if they don't respond after a set period.

    • I have opened a case, where can I find the dispute please?

      • dispute/case same thing, check in the Resolution Centre http://res.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ResolutionCenter&ssP…

I have just got back from ebay:

since this is a free click and collect item and is considered as a BOPIS (Buy Online Pick up In Store) transaction you cannot open a case or dispute in the resolution centre that's why the previous representative contacted the seller directly to request for a refund. No need to worry, the normal process will still be followed and since you did not receive the item then the seller will issue a refund. We may need to wait for the seller's response and we will get back to you with an update which will be sent to your email address on file.
