Ribs n burger!! They are pretty cheap in comparison to other established ribs restaurant.
If you want something cheaper and dont mind Jap food, I will recommend this: Ulara Japanese food

Went to Ulara for lunch today, unfortunately, they were all sold out out of the Bento box. Apparently they only make 6 today.??
Id volunteer however not in perth.

Sweet Lips Freo, on a nice warm day is perfect :)
Park behind Freo markets for cheap (the multi-storey there, about $2/hr), make the walk down, have a look at the Markets, walk across the Esplanade and go get the best fish & chips in the area (in my opinion!). Voucher I linked to will get you 2 fish and chips for under $20. Plus drinks. Finish off with an icecream or something at 1 of the many places on the main street.

Siennas in Leederville (italian) often has shop a docket deals where you can buy 1 meal and get one free. They aren't that expensive either.
Jump on shop a docket. There's some good deals. If you're in the northern suburbs try machichos in Warwick. They've got a bogo :)
