I just put in an order for click and collect anyway even if they don't have it in stock when I pick it up. Sometimes Woolworths replace your order with other ferrero items that might have larger quantities than your order so you end up getting a bigger bargain. Otherwise I'll just ask for a full refund. Last time they even refunded me with cash even though I paid with a discounted gift card which was even better!
I always get a credit with a code!
I once asked to have refund, they only gave me a giftcard instead, stating I paid with GC…
I bought 2 of those grandes from Big W for $10 yesterday (down from $18):( Some Coles have them for $9. Hard to find in store though, specially those still intact.

I submitted an order (Woolies online) for some reduced festive stuff totaling 34 items (9 different products).
Got an email, the morning it was supposed to arrive, telling my I would not be receiving even one item, as everything was out of stock.I guess they source only from stores near where you live. If your local store doesn't have the product, well… You're shit out of luck.

Ordered some for pick-up as soon as I saw this (earliest was tomorrow morning), doubt I will get anything. When I went to the store a couple of hours later I managed to get the very last T18 off the shelf, unless they had already picked my order that was that…
They had plenty if 415g Lindt boxes for $7.50. Not outstanding value but good enough.
As almost expected got an out of stock notice for my online order.
What sucks is that they issued a code as refund that only works at Woolies online. I might have to contact them and ask for a Wish card instead.
