I've shopped here before and have not found anything cheaper for Nexguard & Interceptor. If you setup auto-reorder, it adds an additional 5% off. They also offer free shipping. Here's my order as an example:

Did you apply it under "Promotional code"? I just tried with the product you specified and this was what I got:
List price: $19.75
Price after setting up auto-repeat: $18.76
Price after 10% discount coupon: $16.88

Bit deceptive about the 15% off title. Still going to plus it as i picked up some stuff for a good price with just the 10% off.
How so? You get the extra 5% by applying an auto-repeat. Once you've made your purchase, just email/call them to switch it off.
