    $10 for shipping over 20KG but still paid over $99, yeah no thanks. Free shipping should be based on price like the bigger pet shops.

    Some advice to the owner, Just make it simple ~ $99 or more = free shipping

    Hi aboabo.

    Sorry for the confusion. To try clarify, generally 90% of orders will qualify for free shipping. The only cases where it may not, are heavy or bulky orders (such as 18kg packs of dog/cat food and a few other items in a single order) to the eastern states and most pet food to WA and NT. Unfortunately shipping from Victoria to WA, NT or remote northern Qld is always costly and means we are unable to offer free shipping on orders over 5kg to those states (we do feel for our western and far northern Qld customers as shipping is always hard to those places).

    Free shipping of orders $99+
    - for orders under 20kg to ACT, VIC, SA, NSW and Brisbane Metro.
    - for orders under 5kg anywhere else in Australia.

    If the orders weight is outside these limits, it's based on direct courier costs per kg (no handling fees etc). It will be shown on the cart page once you enter your postcode.
