Large trays (28cm x 35cm) of frozen Chicken Breast fillets (skin on) for $4.99 per kilo.
I was there last night but didn't have a chance to post this until now so I hope they still have it on special as it seems quite a bargain to me. I couldn't see this in the IGA catalog so it may just be this store.
The trays seem to range from about 2kg/$10 to about 3kg/$15.

I've found that WW and Coles meat hasn't been that flash lately. Going to have to go old school & start hanging out at a butcher!
I normally never buy meat from anywhere except the Ritchies IGA in Narre Warren if I can help it. Nowhere seems to have the same lean and quality meat. And I simply can't stand fatty meat. I have to admit this is the first time I think I have ever been to this IGA in Narre Warren South though.
Wish there were still butchers in every small group of shops, along with a green grocer and a milk bar and a …. I'm just too darn old! Too bad these things have changed.
