$3k to Spend on AV Reciever and Headphones (Insurance Claim)

I have up to $3k to spend due to insurance claim to replace AV amplifier and headphones.

Headphones I really have no ideas at this stage but wireless would be convenient.

Any clues appreciated….

You can usually just request the amount be paid out to your bank account instead.
