I am moving house this month for 1-2 months before I move overseas. I am using Belong's ADSL service at my current place, but they do not offer the service where I am moving to. Hence, I have to switch. What would be my cheapest internet service option - data limit is about 15 GB? Don't have a landline and only a Belong modem.

For Telstra Prepaid Mobile, you can buy the $30 Starter Kit for $10 from Harvey Norman.
Once activated, you get 7.6 GB data (5 GB bonus data at activation + 1.3 GB to use at any time + 1.3 GB to use between 8 pm - 8 am) plus other calling minutes etc. You need to activate your SIM before 25th Jan to get the 5 GB bonus data.
Also, the $30 Tablet Starter Kit for $10 from Harvey Norman which gives you 5 GB to use any time.
You may also consider the Telstra Prepaid 4G Pocket Wifi, which includes 2GB data.
buy two Telstra prepaid starter 2 x $10 = $20
and you will get 2 x 7.6GB = 15.2GB data
(set up a cheap/old smart phone as hot spot.)

Wouldn't your best bet simply be prepaid mobile? Boost or Telstra have some specials running where you get about 9 GB for the month with all the bonuses added in. I am sure there are some ADSL providers out there who would let you go month to month, but you'd have to pay setup fees and since you are leaving in a month or two I personally couldn't justify the cost. However, I am not sure exactly what you need or what you'll be doing with your internet connection. Best of luck.
