Do you know if there are any free trials for either windows or linux then? I just dont want to use a credit card

I doubt you'll find any free ones that do Windows, because 1: ipv4 isn't free, 2: Windows server isn't free, and 3: They have to be using Xen or KVM (hence less VPS on one server) .
You can however find US based cheap VPS for as low as US$5.
