That was a bad joke. Kosher isn't really clean, it's just silly rules of keeping meat and milk separate because some old guy wrote about it years ago. Millennia ago.
It's strange though, ask any longshoremen in NY in the 1950s and they'll tell you Germans were the cleanest and Jews were the smelliest coming off the ships. Which is odd as they have some funny rules about cleaning like menstruating women must use a separate bath.

Good Paleo books. Six months the ago got the Quick & Easy one from KMart clearance for about $5 or so.
If you want to eat healthy and lose weight ketogenic or Paleo is the way to go.
Switched to a Ketogenic diet 10 months ago to lose the beer gut. Lost 10kg after a month. Kept the diet ever since and I'm now ripping abs.
