Not so fussed about price but something that wont kill my phone or 3ds, dont mind price just not too expensive and good quality one around 15000mah
Good quality power bank for 3DS and phone?

+1 for Xiaomi. I have their 10,000 and 16,000 and they have both been reliable, held a charge for weeks and still worked (not at full capacity obviously) and haven't got too warm or anything like that. They have also successfully recharged "higher power" devices like Samsung Tablets and Ipads for me.
Is anker safe for 3ds and phones?
Any of them are 'safe', the device will only draw the current it can
+1 for Xiaomi
And pretty sure you can't find Anker in Australia, or even get it shipped here
There's a few on ebay are they fake? http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/Anker-Astro-2nd-Gen-E5-16000mAh-Ext…
Hmm fair enough. But $89 for 16,000mAh or $32.95 for 10,000mAh… The numbers don't add up very well for the Anker.
OK thanks think I'll get the xiaomi 16000mah one thanks saved me more than enough on price
You mean the 10,000mAh?
Nope 16000 I see many people selling this one even mushtato is that bad for what I need? Or do I have to stick with 10400?
I don't see Mushtato selling a 16,000mAh. Link me?
Fair enough :)
@GajeeL: I've got this one and it is great. Just keep in mind that it's really quite big. The hand in the picture must be massive!
Anker has their own eBay store to sell internationally:
http://stores.ebay.com.au/AnkerDirectShipping is generally between $6-$10. I got three powerbanks from them and they've all worked great.

Xiaomi would be my recommendation. Xiaomi and their manufacturer, ZMI are very reputable and popular on Ozbargain. A lot of Chinese websites sell them cheap, but if you want something local with an AU warranty I'd recommend Mushtato. Unfortunately 10000mAh is their highest capacity at the moment.
