What happens if my tickets are NOT sold within given timeframe?
Will I be charged with any amount to use their service?
If someone buys my item and I have send the paper ticket (as there is no E-Tickets)
how do I send it to buyer? Do I need to pay the shipping charges?

their cust service sucks. no response for over 10 business days. So bit reluctant and wanting to know if someone has any experience here.
Think you have your answer already then. They make the policies and also have to implement them so if they cannot respond to basic questions personally wouldn't trust them with anything involving money.
Have you tried flogging them off on OzBargain classifieds?
Sell them on Gumtree - chances are a local will want them - then meet up at the local mall.
