Cashrewards order not tracked yet

Ordered a $1100 TV from the GG yesterday. Clicked through via my CR portal, animated bars appeared saying your on your way to earning 4% etc. Purchased and paid via paypal all good but havent received any tracking info from CR yet.

Have purchased a few other things over the last 2 weeks from stores incl TGG and have received tracking info almost immediately.

Normally I'd just chill and wait but I've had another lost transaction earlier in the year so was wondering is the lack of tracking confirmation within 24 hours a red flag or just a normal variation?

    Once you have completed your purchase on the stores website, the store will notify Cashrewards of your purchase and we will then update your account. Rewards usually take up to 2 days to appear on your Cashrewards Account. Some stores however, may take up to 30 days to report your transactions.

    Havent had my last 3 eBay orders appear on CashRewards. I'm 1/4 on successful tracking.

    1 worked fine.
    1 showed on CR but was denied.
    Last 2 haven't even shown on My Account. I've done the exact same process for all 4 so I have no idea.

    I've pretty much given up on CR at this stage. A good idea but doesn't seem to like whatever I'm doing.

    If it's a purchase from eBay, don't hold your breath. I made a high value purchase on eBay and it still hasn't tracked on CR, despite many other non eBay transactions being recorded.

    A lot of ignorants here have blamed me for not following the correct procedures, which doesn't explain why 1) other non eBay purchases of a much smaller value are being tracked by CR, and 2) why other sites offering eBay rebates track my transactions.

    It would be nice if people actually realised that others might not be having eBay transactions tracked on CR either.I haven't used CR for eBay since and they've all tracked on other sites.

    Yeah, I've had limited success as well. Fingers crossed my $1350 TV purchase comes through. FWIW OP, my process was exactly the same as yours and I've had nothing so up yet either.

    Email them. I have found them helpful in the past.

    If you still haven't received the tracking info in 7 days, email them (remember to attach your receipt as proof, they should able to claim it for you manually).

    Happy to report tracking email came through yesterday. I asked the question as the only problem I had with CR was on one purchase where I was told to hang tight and wait while all the others had tracking emails in a few hours

    A few months ago I asked them about a $15 first time shopper bonus from Woolies that I was entitled to that didn't show up. But nothing happened. At about the same time I put an order through Coles with another $15 offer. I had the stuff ready to go at the checkout, but didn't buy anything. I got paid for the Coles even though I bought nothing. Win some, lose some.
