Ok, so I got the headphones out the box and the earphone cover had not been machined correctly. The gap is around 20-30mm so I can see quite a bit of foam.
Where do I stand on a warranty? I can imagine Telstra saying "send them back, and if we have any stock left you'll get another pair"
Plan B, how the hell do you contact Monster in Australia? Can't find anything beyond FB

Any Telstra store can do a warranty repair for them. You might just have to wait a few days for them to ship in stock.
