i just need full HD maybe DVI port ok. thinking to have semi office/home pc setup with 2 monitors.

No, picture quality will be the same for dvi or hdmi. Main difference is that hdmi can carry audio.
but most monitors doesnt have speaker built in so whats is the purpose to have hdmi ports?
DVI came out as the first method to connect monitors. Then HDMI came out later with the ability to carry audio and video over the one cable.
You get no audio benefit if your monitor doesn't have speakers. The benefit would be smaller plugs on the back of the monitor and computer and re-using HDMI cables you might already have
