Over the weekend purchased an Acer G257HL monitor from MSY. On installing it I find the stand is very flimsy and screen wobbles alot. On inspection I noticed one of the feet on the small cross type stand doesn't quiet sit flat with the desk. I repacked it back in the original box as I received it with all protective tape still intact. Just wondering what is my option on returning it and getting a refund?

Buy a wall mount.
Unfortunately no vesa mounts on it.

Ended up going to MSY today. They set it up and acknowledged the was a fault with the stand so ended up getting a full refund.
Can I ask which branch you bought from? I've got a C&C monitor order sitting in their system since 13th and of course they never answer the phones. I'm willing to wait in case it was due to the Christmas rush but if I don't hear from them next week I'm going to thump their counter. I should have known better than buy from Maybe Stock Yesterday.
This was the Auburn NSW store. Most other PC stores I checked seemed to be closed over Xmas till 1st week January.
