Any Target eBay %-off Sales Expected?

I'm new to buying from stores on eBay. It looks like Target has some 10-25%off discount code sales fairly often. Is there a pattern to them or does anyone know if one is coming up soon? I've seen comments of people predicting a Boxing Day discount but that didn't happen.
