I think you've got the wrong sonic game.
Bought the game and then found out that I already own it (facepalm).
How did you get through checkout? I've been trying but the operation keeps timing out at the last second.
I just used my debit card and it worked fine.
If your using an ad blocker or java script blocker you can try disabling them temporarily or using a different browser (chrome/firefox) to try there too.I checked out normally with paypal. Site might be hammered a bit and I did notice it was a bit slow. However, I have not received the usual paypal email but did get an order confirmation from them.
Ended up buying via my mobile as for some reason it worked faster than doing it on the computer, which was slow.

I never got my code instantly last time either and the cancellation email only arrived the following day. I've purchased it again hoping that history doesn't repeat itself and it's not the Grinch whose fulfilling orders again.

Mine says its shipped under the 'My Orders' page. But I haven;t received any emails beyond the confirmation.
Contacted GAME and got this:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties and this has been escalated to our IT department. We should have it resolved as soon as possible."Contacted the help department, they told me that unfortunately it was sold out, and that even though they have it at a higher price now that it would be removed soon, and that if I ordered it at the higher price of 20 pounds it would also not be delivered, seems suspicious… They issued a paypal refund, no refund given for international transaction costs.
The customer service rep was nice, but they have no authority to compensate or offer deals or so they told me.

Calling it a waste of time is a bit much for like the minute spent going through checkout.
From what I saw anyone that had a UK account was able to get a key on the day. Quite a few people on reddit did get keys.
yep pretty much waste of time, was looking forward to playing it.

I suppose we cant expect them to lose money due to pricing error.
