Annoyed with Dick smith, got dick'd again!!!

This is 2nd time happening, i bought a bargin and it got cancelled!!!
details:
i bought a black pebble watch for 84$ 2 days ago, click and collect thing for a store close to my house, called em today, said they only have red ones, i called another store and they said they do have black ones wanted to change the pick-up location to their store, when I called back they said they just cancelled my order.

Same story a week ago with a laptop bag,they said don't have any on stock but there were few hanging there in the store!!!
seriously man, can i sue or something am so pissed off.

  this happened to me as well. yet I bought a printer and I complained to them, they sent me my printer for free.

  I've never had any issues with C&C with about 20 purchases. Closest to a problem was that they couldn't find where the order was put, so they got one off the shelf.

    I've personally had boatloads of problems, with them saying that the order wasn't ready yet, while the exact same product was on the shelf. I left to come back in an hour, and just as I was walking in I saw the dude walk from the shelf grabbing the cord, back to the desk to stick a sticker on it. An entire hour later.

    First and last time for me, just such a nightmare to be served by people with no care in the world.

        Neither is mine. This is after more than half a week, just under 5 days after the order going through for a confirmation for pickup, and then going in to find that it wasn't ready, all for a Belkin MFI iPhone cable.

  Happened to me a few weeks ago. After over a week of no pick up confirmation, I emailed them and got a response a few days later to say order was cancelled. Another few days before I got a refund. It was only a small purchase but still frustrating

  Also been dick'd, twice. Must have been busy because didn't get a response.

  The money came back a couple weeks later.
