Picked one up today for $20. They had heaps. Not sure if they are the same price in any other JB.

Not sure about whether 360 has it, but JB across Australia should have it because this is something like the Prototype/Cod4 and Cod WaW sale a few months ago when they had all three of those games for $29.

Bionic Commando is not excluded, so you can play it and trade it in along with 2 other non-excluded games (if you have any) for a new one. And its not a horrible game. It's decent.

They did have it on 360 last week at The Galleries Victoria. Cheaper than the PS3 version as well - only $15.
