How's the RMA process at JB HI Fi?

Hello,

I just assembled my new PC and bought a second-hand BenQ Rl2455HM which was bought in Jun 14,2015. He also gave me a tax invoice. However, i just found out that the monitor sadly won't display, and verified that the DVI-D cables work by testing it with a second monitor. Should i go through BenQ instead? It seems like the Aussie website is down.

    by going through benQ you lose the right for a replacement/repair and only have the right for a refund ( if they choose to offer replace/repair that is their choice not your right )
    imo its Also alot easier to just walk into a jb hi fi and have them deal with it than you having to mail the item to benQ.
