Hi All,

The Misses is after an electric toothbrush for Christmas, and I came across this deal and ended getting myself a Christmas present as well!

In my searches I didn't see a price point that was close to this so thought I would share.

Anyway happy brushing!

Don't listen to the "negs". I bought the 5000 version of this a while back - it doesn't have the clock but does have a beep every 30s. I just got a gold star from my dentist for how good my teeth were given I hadn't been back for a year. Very littl plaque and no issues.

I agree with you. I have bought 5000 version as well recently and very happy with the purchase. I just wish that replacement brushes are cheaper. Have you tried ebay ones and how are they?

    • +1

There are so many variables to this statement it would be impossible to link it directly to a toothbrush that beeps every 30 seconds. Not being negative. Just saying.

      • True but I'm the same person I have always been going to the same dentist I have always seen; I don't think the logic is completely flawed. The beep is to remind you how long to brush. 2 minutes for brushing = 4 beeps. You could probably do it a lot cheaper with a kitchen timer. The brush also has a red light to tell you if you are pushing too hard.

nobody has 'negs' on the deal, if you can see with your eyes it has two votes and no "negs"

maybe you need to spend money on 164 dollar glasses, not toothbrushes.

@Makoto You dont seems to be having good day today. May be take rest and chill.

I didn't mean literal "negs" just negative comments. However if it makes you happy to be nasty then go right ahead.

Buy from their eBay store and get 5% Cashback from Cashrewards

    • Shame no click n collect :)

        But free delivery

  • I have an older model…has the external timer but no bluetooth, and have been happy with the brush for about six or so years. One thing to be weary of is about 12 - 18 months ago my battery had deteriorated to the point where I'd have to charge it every day or two. Unfortunately the battery, at least on mine but I presume this one as well, is soldered onto the board of the toothbrush and isn't intended for user replacement. I went ahead and purchased a battery and soldered it on myself and it's been great ever since, but if you're not comfortable with that then the life of the battery could be a concern. I do wish it'd just take AA's.

I just did it through cash rewards and got 4% TA can you please give me the extra 1%

    • You Should have bought from their eBay store to score 5% Cashback instead of buying from their website

  • Got one few weeks back, good toothbrush, but the timer is useless.

  • This one includes 2 handles - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/271399897011

  • Cashrewards does not work for it. BTW, does it enhance much to pc5000 or 2 handles 5000 is even better choice?

    • +1

I bought and an hour later got my cash rewards email saying it went through

      • Sorry, my question would be sill. Should I paste "COLLECT15" in [Redemption code] section when checking out? I did it and got error
"The redemption code can't be used for your purchase
You may have typed in your code incorrectly. Please verify your code and try again."
        Appreciate for your help.

        • Go to eBay through cash rewards then buy and you will automatically get 5% cash back but that's only if you have a cash rewards account. Open up an account with cash rewards and start collecting the cash

        • @eneloop:
Very appreciate, have a nice weekend.

        • @eneloop:

I did as suggested and still no email saying it went through and it's nearly been 3 days.

How long does it normally take to show up under recent activity in Cashrewards?

        • @TheDiggler:

Mine took less than 2 hrs

        • @eneloop:

          Mine just went through!

        • @TheDiggler:

Congrats. I'm using my brush it's real nice

  • Bought this at this price from the Shaver Shop almost 2 weeks ago and I've been very happy with the purchase.
My mouth feels so clean after the 2 minutes and the 3D Action head beats the pulsonic or Philips sonic toothbrushes. Super clean feel, much better than my 5 year old Oral B toothbrush.
I definitely think it's worth it especially considering how much money you can blow at the dentists if you have any cavities etc.

  • Is the handle same as 5000 cleaning wise?

  • I recently got this one (dual handle 5000 model) http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/271399897011 using the 15% ebay deal. You get two handles for a similar price to above. Hasn't turned up yet so cant comment on quality but it is to replace an older model so expect it will be better tech etc. Has many of the features of the 7000 but alas it's not cool and black. You can still get the 4.4% ebay deal for the next 24 hours or so…..https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/228845
